Foundations and stem walls
Block on a footing the excavation line can dig, or on a footing that is already there. We check the footing before we lay the first course.
Piers and backup
Piers for porches and beams. Block backup behind full-bed stone or brick veneer, tied the way the veneer requires.
Commercial and the house
A shop wall and a cottage foundation are the same discipline. Plumb is plumb. We do not have a different standard for a small job.
